1. TenderIQ is a coaching tool

TenderIQ helps you read, plan, draft and self-assess tender responses. It is a coaching and decision-support tool only. It does not predict scores, awards, rankings or any other procurement outcome, and it has no connection to any contracting authority or evaluation panel.

2. Marks and scores are indicative

Any marks, bands, percentages, quality indices or competitiveness figures shown in the app are an indicative coaching guide generated from the documents you upload and the information you enter. They are not the marks you will be awarded. Real evaluations are carried out by human evaluators applying their own judgement, and their outcome may differ materially from anything shown here.

3. Price and competitiveness modelling

Price and competitiveness views use assumptions — for example that a competitor bid may be the lowest price — purely so you can model scenarios. These assumptions are not market intelligence, and TenderIQ does not know competitor prices or scores.

4. AI outputs

TenderIQ uses generative AI. Outputs can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and can reflect gaps or ambiguity in the source documents. Drafts are starting points that you must review, correct and complete. TenderIQ deliberately marks places where your own evidence, facts, figures or past projects are required; it does not invent them. You remain the author of your bid and are responsible for everything you submit.

5. Not professional advice

Nothing in the app or its outputs is legal, financial, tax, insurance or procurement advice. Where a matter is important, take qualified professional advice before acting.

6. Your documents and deadlines

You are responsible for having the right to upload the documents you submit, for checking that outputs reflect the current tender documents and clarifications, and for meeting submission deadlines and formal requirements set by the contracting authority.

7. No guarantee of availability or results

We work to keep the service accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or any particular result, including that you will be shortlisted or awarded a contract. Your use of the service and its outputs is at your own discretion and risk.
