Refund & Cancellation Policy

TenderIQ is a sole trader business based in Ireland, trading as TenderIQ. Payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe. We are the seller of record and handle all billing requests directly.

Try it free for 14 days

Every new workspace gets 14 days of full access, free of charge. A valid card is required to start the trial, but nothing is charged during it. Your first payment is taken on day 15, and monthly on the same date after that.

The free trial is how you evaluate TenderIQ before paying. Cancel at any point before day 15 and you are never charged.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, in two clicks, from Billing inside the app — no email, no phone call, no notice period. Cancellation:

stops all future payments immediately — you will not be billed again;
leaves your access running until the end of the period you have already paid for, so you do not lose the month you bought;
can be done during the trial, in which case no payment is ever taken.

Refunds

Because the 14-day free trial lets you test the full service before any money changes hands, monthly payments are not refundable once taken, and we do not refund part-months. If you cancel just after a payment, you keep access for the full month you paid for and are not charged again.

We do always put right genuine billing errors, including:

duplicate or double charges;
a charge taken after you had already cancelled;
a charge for the wrong amount or wrong plan;
a sustained outage that prevented you using the Service for a significant part of a paid period.

Email info@tenderiq.ie from the address used at checkout with the date and amount of the charge. We review normally within 2 business days, and approved refunds go back through Stripe to the original payment method, typically arriving in 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Irish or EU law.
